Global Tech Industries Group, Inc. issued a dividend to the holders of its
common stock, CUSIP 37955R107, in the form of a Warrant to purchase
additional shares of the Company's common stock.

Holders of the Company's common stock received one (1) warrant for every ten
(10) shares of common stock held as of the record date, April 1. 2021.
One (1) Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one share of the Company's
common stock, CUSIP 37955R107, for a purchase price of $2.75 per share.

There is a $25 fee payable to Liberty Stock Transfer, Inc. for each Warrant
exercise.

The Warrants are issued by default in restricted book-entry form. Physical
Warrant certificates may be requested.

Holders who wish to exercise their Warranted will receive restricted
book-entry shares unless they specifically request physical stock
certificates.

Unless GTII files a registration statement registering such shares with the
SEC, the shares will need to be held for a minimum of six months from the date
of exercise.

The Warrants may be reregistered to the underlying beneficial shareholders. To
reregister Warrants in beneficial shareholder name we will need a service
request so we can send the request to the agent.

 

So unless the stock hits $27.76, which seems unlikely, what’s the point of exercising?

 

For each warrant or for each time you exercise warrants? I’d make sure to get that clarified again despite what the letter said.

 

He only has one warrant so it probably won't make sense for him to exercise it

 

Yea, I mean for people with 100 warrants, or more. Is it 25 to exercise all at once, or 2500.

 

Yeah I’m not worried about it but just asking in general as it seems to be a hot topic

 

It's just $25 every time you exercise. So if you have 100 and you only exercise 10 it's a one time $25 for those 10. You exercise another 25 it's another $25 fee. So you're better off exercising all 100 at that time. Now if you had 1,000+ meh you could do it every so often if you wanted.

Yea, if it’s for each one then they never intended for anyone to exercise right to more shares. Or they think they’ll be trading over 100 within the next 2 years

 

If you transfer them to Liberty is it then free to exercise through them?

The last literature I saw said they don't charge a transfer fee but your agent (TDA, FIDELITY, ETC,) might.

 

30 days, no warning, no word, no answer. Just an F you for 30 days. Mark Zuckerberg must be over TW now. Getting almost as good as the Tacomaworld group on there over the last couple years it seems lol. All the halfway decent knowledge seems to have left or barely get on anymore.
