Yeah. It seems like the last few years a late frost seems to limit to fruit production on my apple tree.

We have one red delicious tree and one honey crisp. Red produces every year, honey crisp produces every other year or so. Not many blooms on the honey crisp this spring so won't be a good producing year.

Thanks Keith, this happened Sunday and I was mad as a hornet but a few days later I've calmed down. I'm thinking like you. There are other camaros out there. As far as the seller maybe someday our paths will cross.

Ah, yes. The late April snowfalls. PA is beautiful but I am glad we don't live up north anymore for this reason. I'm okay with driving to enjoy winter sports. :)

Then most times the Transmount got replaced with the clutch if there was higher miles or any question at all .

it is easier to get all the hardware in finger tight with everything loose then tighten it all up

I think that to me one of the worse things about getting old is the body takes so very long if it ever heals.

Your 20 and sprain something the next you might be somewhat sore by the third day it is back to normal.

I sometimes wonder is score being kept so once you are 60 plus the pain all comes back and I have no clue what I did to make my body pissed off about something.

I'm hoping I get the call today that I'm approved for a mortgage on a new townhome. With the way folks are putting in offers well over asking for existing homes, I feel like this is the best option right now.

Off the Top of my Head I venture he was getting pressure from some outside influence we will never know.

Sorry to hear that I gotta agree to reach for the wallet The vehicle gets a hands on inspection.

Unless it was inspected by someone I know and Trust for years and only wanted to kill a few times.

If you really want that year Camaro you will find one.

I installed the course motorsports direct fit magnetic phone mount over the weekend. HIGHLY recommend it for anyone who needs a doc/phone holder solution. The install was super easy and it puts the dock (and thus, the phone) at the perfect spot.

Also, I ran over a nail, ugh. Less than two months into owning it! It's CPO so the tires are brand new, but ah well, got it patched. Small issues come with the territory of owning a vehicle, I get it. Good to go.

Baby Addie with her Dad this morning. Hoping her high flow is removed today. Then the 7 day no Brady countdown begins. After that she comes home!
