Yeah they had just occupied the 3 buildings in front of our shop when I left in 88. That was good duty for me as the entire base was off at 1300 if you were playing sports. Rope yarn every Friday at the Chiefs Club. We had 285 chiefs, 35 black shoes. I think mostly E8/E9's with average of 23 ribbons each....all walked with a list to port. LMAO

Well I got the call to schedule my first infusion yesterday. Now we just have to figure out where to have them done. If I go with their preferred “network” provider, I will end up paying $800 deductible and then 40% until my out of pocket reaches $3500. So glad I have “good” insurance.....oh well. Have a great day. Check with your insurance company to see how they're billing it. My wife has to get iron infusions, and the charge codes that the company was going to bill our insurance listed as "at home medical equipment."

At $300 a visit, after deductible.

Insurance is considering a fraud claim.

Turns out that getting an on-site infusion in-network should only cost us our visit co-pay.

 

I will do that. We have been in touch with the company who developed the drug and am waiting to hear from them today. There may be a co-pay assistance program. Or at least another provider closer to home that will be less. I hope that you are able to get yours straightened out.

 

Oh, we did - thanks. Tricare was like "uh, did they give you equipment to take home?"

Hope you can get your situation taken care of as well.
