This is why EV's aren't for everyone and the industry is still evolving. Things will change.

It looked nice - to be honest I don't do a lot of research on cars - I did not even know it was a 200 series...not sure what series she had before (we bought it 94 or 96 can't remember). She sat in it, looked it over pretty closely and seemed pleased - I told my wife if she liked it we would get it...I'm confident enough it would be a good vehicle if she liked it. She did like it and I actually thought we would buy it, they had a black one and white one - she liked the white one. It's funny, I was going to offer 10% off sticker on a cash deal...not even sure if they would negotiate as I do not have any idea if the last year production will factor in to the prices. She did not want to drive it so I knew she was thinking she may want to go the car route again...though she has not owned a car in 20 years.

I "guess" I could see it being faked for the sake of beating russia back then.. but at some point we had had to been there..

My mom and stepdad drive their Tesla 3 back and forth from San Diego to Montana. With the fast chargers it's not an "hours" long stop to charge anymore. The infrastructure is coming as is faster and better tech.

Don't get me wrong I love the sound of the engine in my 2015 M3 when I'm wringing it's neck but the cost of fuel, oil and maintenance is more than the costs of operating a Tesla 3 which in base model is almost as fast as my M3.

Great cars. My 09 LX570 is getting traded in for a HE LC. Looking forward to it. Yes they will negotiate. Join us on Ih8mud and check out serious discounts on LC prices ;)

Energy is neither created or destroyed...That is why heating a home with electricity has the highest efficiency when compared oil or gas heating systems.

I think most that complain about EV's haven't driven or owned one to compare. But some have and just don't like them. So be it.

We have a problem with starting fires with electrical lines. Everyone stands around and blames pg&e for not trimming the trees from the unknown miles of extension cords they’ve decided to drape from towers throughout the ever changing landscape. Of course they do this while using some sort of electronic device. However pg&e just decided to declare bankruptcy and wash their hands of the “problem”. I’m sure the higher ups will still get fat pensions. And now we should should use this grid system more to power our vehicles? The whole thing seems like it lacks any foresight. How many cars are in California anyway?

We all go into a room every morning. We have a meeting. We decide together what to say to the world :D

So that we can keep our fruits and nuts stereotypes alive.

My family in NC and SC does the same thing. But instead of talking, they keep sleeping with the brothers and sisters in that room. They are also trying to keep the stereotypes alive :D

Well some politicians want to modernize infrastructure while others fight it. It's worth every penny in the long run.
