Exactly! He just rarely makes mistakes. When he does its minimal. Case in point he kept it out of the wall and managed to back it all the way back to the track and got back in the race. Yes he was lucky that Bottas crashed Russell and he found himself back in the race. Got reenergized and back to 2nd place. Why hes the champ. I just wish Nico didn't retire cause there was fireworks at Merc when he was there battling Lewis.

 

I believe Hamilton learned about being smart on the track after he slid out in the pit lane in China 2007 and then went on to lose the championship to Raikonnen by a point.

 

Hamilton has been in a car that's a second a lap faster than anybody else for 6 years too

All except for one! Too bad Bottas sucks! I rooted for him in the past but I'm done. Now Red Bull and Max in particular is going to rough him up going forward. Others are a lot closer too. Cant wait

Yup. Just look at what Russell did when he stepped into the Merc for a single race. How many times have we already heard about drivers from this season getting used to new cars and new teams as an excuse for subpar performance. Just sayin'....

 

Its a clip of the post race interviews and Max is just leaving his interview and passes Hamilton and Hamilton gives him a 'sly' elbow as he walks by, all whilst playing some rap music in the background. Basically a clip of Hamilton 'possibly' being a dick or just giving Max a little friendly jab (not sure of their racing relationship).

 

No other social media for me either, but all I know is my race is recorded and waiting for me every Race day morning on my old school box

 

Weird. I recall seeing that when it happened and I thought it was Max who clipped Lewis. Lewis seemed surprised.

 

From the clip i saw it looks like they were close and Hamilton had to move his arm to unzip his race suit and it clipped Max. IMO it was probably accidental... buuuuut maybe not, lol.

 

Best analysis of the Russell - Bottas incident I've seen. Russell blew it.
