No what I mean is you can launch your truck off something to bend the coil bucket like that anywhere. Thats not location dependent.

I wasnt comparing Texas to Cali or anything. Texas has some really rough terrain but there are few whoops unless your into west Texas where some of the races are held.

Im super jealous that you guys got to run the Primm race course. When I lived in S. Vegas I used to play on that as well. There are fire roads that let us go from our neighborhood all the way to Primm. Those were the days.

i totally hear ya on the location thing... you reminded me of one of the old school CT guys who wasn't paying attn and drove off a curb and broke his rear shock right off the upper mount... hahah

we were a bit surprised that the Primm race course is not fenced off...

next time, i might bring my Traxxas Slash and run the RC truck on the course... hahaha...

    ...Umm...
    UPDATE:
I took my truck back down to the dealership and surprisingly they didn't give me a hard time about it. They've been looking for the right parts and taking pictures for two days now. Talking to Icon and Total Chaos, so I have a good feeling that they know at least a little as to what they're doing. However being a dealership they won't be helping me anymore than they have to, so I believe they're just going to fix the one side, make sure it sits level and call it a day. Originally one guy said they would get the right parts to beef up both sides and make the buckets stronger but that doesn't seem like the case anymore. But oh well, if thats all they do is get the top mount from Icon and bang that bucket into place, make it sit level and look like the other side I'll be happy.
Anyway, if anyone is from southeast Idaho, Pocatello Nissan Kia (formerly Robert Allen Mercedes-Benz Nissan), SO FAR is a pretty good dealership, being run by some pretty good folks. But we'll see how it all comes out.
    Thanks for the help guys.

too bad you are not closer to Lewiston... one of the Engage race trucks is based out of Lewiston and one of it's primary sponsors is a Toyota dealership up there...

FIRST OFF i have to say thanks for your build!!!! it has really helped, not to get off subject too much but, i noticed you put a shield on your bypass hose against the firewall, did that help with the noise transfering thru or just rubbing? been fighting that too might change hose lenghts or?

Wow. That thing is bad. Clean and well built. That is the ONLY long bed that I have ever seen that doesn't look goofy. You need to get on that built thread ASAP.
