Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
That’s what he looked for. But after a year of searching and now they’re not even making new ones. This was the smart move. We’ve needed this to get more work done for months nke

Would a 3rz do ok in front of a W55? I hear its a direct bolt up. Planning for a future mini truck build.

Need to force yourself to change what you do daily unconsciously to help reset. IT's uncomfortable and will take active effort.

In this case I subconsciously wake at the same time every night, so I'll be staying up until around then before going to bed. Then i'll pass out, wake up at the normal time I always do, and deprive of sleep all day tomorrow in anticipation ill sleep through the next night and start that cycle.

Think im going to start hitting the gym again when able too, since I dont think pullup bar and body weight workouts are tiring me out enough. I used to sleep fine when i'd hit lifts

That's a ways away in my future for this reason exactly. Would not want to give a child sub par care due to me not even being able to take care of myself haha

It doesn't get any easier getting up in the middle of the night the older you get, I can assure you lol. But you do what needs to be done

I feel you though on it not being the right time, esp getting into school and all that. I couldn't imagine doing it back then when I had all that going on.

But I definitely recovered faster 10+ years ago from little sleep than I do these days haha.

melatonin has been a godsend for me, although there are nights where it doesn't seem to work. But for the most part I take a couple 10mg gummies and I'm out within 30 min.

Doesn't make you groggy the next day like other OTC sleep aids do.

I used to think it didnt make me groggy until I stopped taking it. Loads different in the morning for me without it. But compared to zquil and others it is way better.

That was how I used to be before I was married, especially before I started working 9-5. But if I do that then I end up in bed around 2am and don't wake up until 10

These days on the odd occasion my wife and daughter are both gone, I still do it lol. I'll stay up way too late watching Hulu shows and pass out on the couch.

I used to get really bad sleep paralysis episodes almost nightly and was going to do one of those, per my doctor at the time. I don't remember why I didn't though. Shit would keep me up for hours. These days its rare that it happens, usually if I'm stressed

Strongest melatonin dose they make lol. Taking less doesn't really do anything.

And they taste like candy so I consider it my treat before bed :homer:

If I can't fall asleep, I move to the couch. Somehow, that makes me fall asleep in a hurry.
