    Thanks!

    Thank you sir.

Also, I did just realize after I posted that Carfax doesn't have the unlimited 1-month subscription anymore. It's been years since I've used Carfax lol.

So finally got my cbi bed rack after months of waiting and it’s damaged... nothing a hammer and grinder can’t fix but still... anyway it came with this ‘cabmate’ air suspension stacked on top. Delivery driver said it was with my shipment bc it was on my pallet even though it said ‘don’t stack’ on top. But wondering if anyone knows what this is used for and what I should do with it? No idea where to start as google doesn’t pop up when I enter part number.

Anyone have any powder coating recs for Seattle/Tacoma/Puget Sound area in general?

I e-mailed a few, still waiting to hear back from some.

Seattle Powder Coat wants ~$600+tax to coat $700 rock sliders. Unfortunately, having them shipped already coated wasn't an option. Regardless, seems a bit pricey.

    Appreciate your thoughts/experiences.

I've used Forever Powder Coating in Olympia for some wheels and they did a great job. They even painted the emblems to match.

Does anybody work with or know somebody that does aluminum fabrication as a hobby in the Seattle area? Looking to find somebody with the right tools to do a small project for me

Thanks guys, much appreciated. Maybe end up with Rustoleum, but will price it out with some other folks.

Do you guys have any suggestions for a dealership in the Portland area that is not a total dumpster fire?

    My current AVOID list:
    • Ron Tonkin Toyota
    • Toyota of Portland
    • Toyota of Gladstone
All I want to do is order a truck and everyone either: leads me on (FOR TWO MONTHS, looking at you, Toyota of Gladstone...), tries to pressure me to buy off the lot and basically refuses the order, or simply has incredibly pushy/rude sales staff and management.

It's getting to the point I'm almost ready to sell my current 21 Tacoma and just buy a Ram.

I use Beaverton Toyota, but I’ve heard good things about Wilsonville if you’re willing to drive.

I used Beaverton, But that was 6 years ago. I told them what I wanted and waited for them to find one or get one in. Within 6 days they had the truck I wanted. I came in they had my name on it and said go talk to Ron. He threw me the keys and said go drive it. I put 25 miles on the truck came back and said yup and was out of there in 45 minutes. Forgot to mention thou that I had already showed them my trade so that part of the deal had been done when I told them what rig I wanted.

    Be Safe...

This is the fated ghost truck: https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...ma-price-thread.685728/page-100#post-25256560

Some options I could take or leave, but the following is non-negotiable:
    • Access cab
    • Manual transmission
    • Voodoo blue
At this point I am willing to drive to the East coast if it means somebody would sell me the truck. When ordering I was told there is a minimum wait of 2-3 months and that doesn't phase me, I will wait.

Since I already own a Taco that's not 100% to my liking, there is no urgent need for a truck. So I will not let a dealer sell me something I am not in love with.
