    Nice!

Yeah, Todd and I had this very discussion a few weeks ago.

When Steph and I were looking these past few months, everything was under contract no more than 4 hours from posting. In the end, we went with a new house.

But even in AZ, Todd mentioned houses going for a ton more than they normally would with all the CA transplants. Living in AZ, you could sell your house and make a good chunk, but it'd be tough as hell replacing it soon afterward.

It's a seller's market right now; I'm just glad we contracted when we did.

The asking price is starting $30k more now than when we contracted.

The irony is that I drove through snow flurries to where it is clear and then hit traffic. I70 is closed both ways due to accidents :homer:

Yeah if this for sale by owner thing doesnt work out I dont know what to do. I refuse to get into a bidding war over some dump that needs $30k in repairs right away.

Okay my automation gurus @Blue92 @0xDEADBEEF @Abeyancer - I’ve done enough reverse engineering of this coffee maker and identified all the connections.

    I replaced the 120vAC 400hz relay with a 120vAC 60hz as recommended by @Blue92

Now there’s only five possible connections that can be made between the coffee maker and the airplane. (1) goes to the 2 1/2 Amp Fuse on the control board, (2) goes to Pin 8 of the Relay, and (3) goes to Pin 10 of the relay. Pins (5) and (6) ground to the coffee maker metal body

That being said I assume I need to connect 24vDC to pin (1), and 120vAC to pins (2) (3).

Is that correct? Not sure where to put load and neutral for the 120v signal.

You fill the top with water, put in the appropriate amount of coffee in the filter, and turn it on -

All I know is that Pin #2 is 120V Positive and Pin#10 is 120v Neutral. Id have to sit down and study the rest of it for awhile.
