so I had a Wavian back in the day. If you dont vent them when changing altitude or on a hot day, I think I remember the cap would feel like it would take my arm off from the pressure when attaching the spout. And the spout that came with it wasnt very good. Which is why I was looking for a plastic one.

The water ones have a vent in the cap, and the fuel one does not. Luckily for you, I drove my truck to work today, and can go take a quick picture of them both. I leave water in the water can all the time, but it doesnt pressurize like gas does. I think I have the spout too, bouncing around in my bed. I know it doesnt have a vent there. Ill probably go take a break from all the "working" that Ive been doing tonight (on craigslist and youtube)

My unit has about 100 of these cans, both water and fuel, just sitting in a connex.

you can easily sell those if they allow you to remove! They are high ticket/high sought after! Can charge $40 each and $20 for a spout!

I’m going to be posting a full OEM TRD OR suspension setup in the next few days, figured I’d put an early warning in here in case anybody local(ish) is interested. Complete strut assemblies w/springs, UCA’s, leaf springs, and rear shocks. All have 25k on them, driven for about a year and a half, located in CT.

@MidnightRebel07 would be a better bet to pick them up, but I would be happy to help with the express.

    Anyone near the console vault?

I got my front bumper expressed from Philly area.

Just throwing this out there for the future.. but probably in July Ill be driving the truck to SW Montana, and passing Denver on the way. If anyone needs smaller TW express or something from CJV (where Ill be stopping in Denver) then get it to me sooner rather than later. I still need to figure out my route home, but I basically know it there. Stopping at St Louis MO, then Denver, then going to Belgrade, MT by heading north into Wyoming, then west. Think about it. @uurx or anyone interested.

Ive used both and much prefer the plastic ones. They don’t make as much noise, they seal better and they’re easier/faster to pour.

Ooh, good to know. I figured the metal ones would be better since they would be pretty damn strong. That and I for some reason hate the idea of the plastic containers expanding a lot and exploding, even though I never head of such a case.
