Swimming or floating is awesome for your skeletal system and keeping already tense muscles from spazzing out and impeding your nerves too.

Magnesium, water, liposomal vitamin C, and good sleep posture go a long way. The inversion tables didn’t help me too much but for some are miracles.

your vertebral spaces will shrink from both gravity and muscle tension over time leading to all sorts of neuralgias.

tech neck is real, fwd head posture is messing up a lot of folks.

ice is incredible, never underestimate it to dull pain. So is menthol, lidocaine, the usual pain maskers people figured out hundreds or thousands of years ago.

When I was in my early 20's, sometimes when I'd lean over at a drinking fountain, I'd get a sharp stabbing pain in the back of my shoulder. The first time it happened, I looked back because I thought someone snuck up & stabbed me lol!
That was a long time ago - it only goes down hill from there...

 

Ahh, it appears i have found my people!

Started at 42 with the Gout, and the wheels came off for a few years after that with mysterious shit in my bones and joints.

Starting to feel better and getting more active again.
