    I'm talking short term capital gains tax not long term which is what 90% of the plays we discuss in here would fall into. And I'm talking I'm a broke bitch in grad school not making that type of $$$ lol. Seems excessive. And yes, the hike is on long term I believe which is more reasonable, but 39% is high and 43.4% is even higher (very technical maths I know).
