Does anybody know why my air conditioner went on high makes a screeching slash whistling noise that's extremely annoying and Toyota can't seem to figure it out

Is it the blower motor or the AC compressor?
Blower motor- most likely has debris stuck where squirrel cage is, or the cage itself has sperated (I think they had a bad batch of these at one point). Pull filter and look.
AC comp- you'll have to do more diagnosis or try another shop.

Does it make the same sound with just the fan on and A/C turned off?

Does the noise seem to be coming from within the passenger compartment or the engine bay?

If it's inside the cab, see squirrel cage ideas

EDIT: I see you have a 2021, I'd just take it in for warranty
