Buyer Beware: KTJO 4X4 Driver's Side Grab Handles w/ A Pillars, HUD, and Bowl Lights

Until that shir chinese bracket in there comes loose and you end up on your ass in a puddle of wintry sludge. Hurt your back so bad you cant get up. And nobody is around to help you up. So you just lay there because you cant move for so long you shit yourself. 5 hrs later the 1st person to walk by wont help because you smell like shit.

 

I thought this post was about grab handle. So many people wanting them you would think someone could make and sell them.

Yup. From a time when KTJO 4x4 was a decent vendor. The sniff of greenbacks, the volume of sales, and the shit design and QC put that all in the shitter once the first poor souls got our hands on them.

 

Sometimes, just for fun, I read the comments on the Facebook posts frustrated about month old orders and lack of communication- so naive. I kind of hate that I don’t mind it’s function now that I have it, but glad it’s 4’ from the stock passenger side or it would look more shitty than it already does.

I was almost the guinea pig to try out the ultragauge mount but was too afraid to remove the bolt and have another thing to align.

unSatisfied of how the entire process/fit and finish with her Grab Handle to a certain point and still perplexed how I ordered her door bowl lights after the fact, "sigh""smh", LOL. I went thru the process making somewhat sure she had them in stock before purchasing but I still had those bad experiences in my mind. Again the same ordering experience and I still "wondered many scenarios that could go wrong" till I got the product, lol. Happy I got those in a timely manner, gotten all the correct pieces and that none of her bowl lights dislocated from the plastic cover as I read some comments of the product quality.

Yep but I buy stuff on Alipay too. It's the same kind of stuff but it usually shows up or a refund is issued. I can honestly say I've never had a problem. You just can't Amazon need what you order.

I bought the bowl lights (they were perfect) and now have the anytime 400 to put in. So I bought two things after the pillar. Probably my last purchases from her but just because my trucks almost finished.

 

My local parts dealer is supposed to get 50 “soon.”

 

I broke a pair when swapping out the exterior handles on my dad's 2020. Cold solder joint + slight pull and away she went. Easy fix, but still horrible quality. It's really not that hard to solder on some wires to a PCB.

 

I had her locking tailgate. One of my bullet connectors pulled out when trying to seperate it. QC has definitely been an issue

 

This set of events seems oddly specific.

 

Anyone hear anything recently about the headsup displays? Its been awhile since KTJO had given any kind of update.

Cant hardly get a legit update from her on her biggest selling item, aka "shit handle 3000". Dont hold your breath for any info on something else.

 

Sucks, the handle seems neat.

 

More evidence that KTJO4x4 is totally screwed up, business-wise. I just got an email today, 4/30/21, saying that my order will be shipped on Monday. I actually received the order last Dec. 23rd!

But then, reading the email, it fudges, saying that they are still having UPS issues! Obviously they have no idea what they're doing.
