Getting ready to pull the trigger on the ECGS bushing to fix this issue but before I spend that money and time replacing it are there any other parts I should be checking to make sure this is the issue?

2011 base model 4x4 I replaced my front struts with KYB quick struts and replaced sway bar links back in January. During the test drive after I noticed a low vibration/ humming noise that was almost like hitting a rumble strip coming from the drivers side. Sound goes away when I put it in 4 wheel drive. Now it comes and goes, somedays are worse than others and sometimes I don't hear it at all. When it does happen it starts at a low speed and gets louder until I hit about 35mph then stays the same until about 50mph and disappears until I slow down to under 50mph again. Seems to happen more when it’s cold outside. Most of the time when I hear/ feel it I also notice the truck wanting to pull to the drivers side a bit. I have checked all the connections and everything is tight. There is a little more play in the CV at the diff on the drivers side than the passenger side but not a lot.

Is it possible that over tightening my upper control arms before lowering the truck could cause this issue? (I tightened everything while it was still on the Jack stands.)

Are there any other bushings or connections or really anything I should check out to confirm it's not a different issue?

I don't have a lift kit on my truck so Im not convinced that its an issue with the needle bearing but I'm not sure where else to look.

    Thanks fam

Bushed suspension bits are to be torqued while in compression, not droop.

While unlikely to be your noise, you should correct before the bushings are ruined.

Thanks, I'll definitely jack it up and loosen and re torque those tonight. I don't need to be chasing any more problems right now

Sorry things got wild and I forgot to update! Lifted it up loosened the UCAs, dropped it back down and tightened to spec. It definitely made some difference because for the first week or so I could barely hear/ feel the vibration and the steering felt way better but now it has come back and gets especially bad when I go down a slight hill and turn to the right at about 50mph, theres a corner near my house that has been causing it to act up a bunch. Still time I drive it but still happening almost every day.

Any ideas of anything else I should check out or am I probably looking at replacing the needle bearing with the ECGS bushing?
