It's definitely not a standard process. I believe they are 1 of 2 shops with a Kiln big enough in my area. It's pretty niche.. but they're out there.

good call I was thinking it would be longer. I wonder if they would make a leaf pack on that. Should have done that today. We did debate on that but I didn't think there would be enough time.

Deaver is awesome and they have gotten that reputation from great work, location and mostly word of mouth here on expedition forums. They've been fixing up E-series camper vans/Sportsmobiles for years. BUT, they aren't the only game out there. A lot of people think you need to head for SoCal to have springs fixed properly. Not really.

Any decent size city has a spring shop or two. They mostly do heavy trucks but the technology is the same. There is an old school spring shop in my city that can custom build leafs, bend custom u-bolts on the spot and do about anything else regarding standard suspension systems. Just gotta use the Google and find these places. Try 'truck spring shop' kinds of searches in your town.

Has anyone ran a chase light on the back and how did you route the wire?

Finally got around to finishing up my cabinet for the bed. The fridge was flush with the top til I added carpet lol. But I can adjust its height easily. The other panels on top aren't hinged they just sit on top with half sunk screws on the bottom to limit movement. The whole thing weighs 62lb without the fridge.

Most of my camping crap fits in the cabinet so it will be nice to be a little more organized.

@mac_2_nite i believe ran a camera through the break light which has a hole behind it. I likely will run one along the side or tip as I have some parameter lights as well as chase lights

Got 1 renogy 100 watt panel.
This is what Fitment looks like. Will need brackets of course.

I did, but as far as adding a chase light (usually on the corners) I couldn’t find a safe way to get through the extrusion and then also down into the wire chase. The extrusion is closed off from the wire chase area.

The posts like that are fine, I’m talking about the t-nuts that are just threaded. The face that protrudes from the slot in the extrusion is a maybe a mm or two too proud and required filing.

The bottom image is the nut. I see. Where the thread is it sticks out from the slot. Makes. Sense

For the awning brackets, does SP provide TNuts or we have to get our own?

They supply these 2 metal pieces I forget if it’s just a chased hole or rivnut but it slides in the channel and you bolt down. Should need anything else.
