You check if any of Peter's neighbours are planning on moving and see if you can save yourself the commute down.

big TW faux pas i guess. sorry fellas.

    ordered 11/16/20... received 03/26/21.
    image0 (3).jpg

put 33s/wheels from my 2013 on it.

    image1 (2).jpg

had to get the IFS skid and the TCase skid brace both straightened under a press when a BFH wouldnt do it. then wire wheeled/spot sanded and rattle canned em. they are back on the '21 after getting the exhaust rerouted. the shop that did the reroute forgot to install the metal gasket between the cat and O2 sensor on the driver side so it threw a code 100kms after the reroute was done. my code reader and the reverse shop vac into the exhaust pipe trick figured it out in my driveway. the metal gasket is only somewhat reuseable so i though it must have been crushed and leaking. turns out they didnt put one back in at all. tough to find good help these days.

    image2 (1).jpg

the pro grill def doesnt make it stand out cause everyone has them but just not a fan of the stock cheese grater grill. anytime front and rear camera mod with the dash switch is installed. it annoyed me that the manual TRD OR didnt come with a front camera when the auto trans did but as someone pointed out the res is waaaay better than the stock rear camera. its a taco garage grill so not OEM but the adaptive cruise (DRCC?) works fine even with the camera right over the garnish plate.

    image0 (4).jpg

baja design squadron pros on temporarily til they go in my new bumper which is sitting in my basement. bumper/winch install is waiting for the last of my suspension parts to arrive cause i think the stock OR front end will sag too much with the skids/sliders/bumper. trying to keep this build from getting out of hand weight wise but i did wish i had gone with the full hoop bumper on my 2013 instead of the streamline so WTH. with a full hoop steel bumper and winch, full steel skids and sliders hows my lightweight build going so far?

    IMG_5590.jpg

looks like my 2nd gen RCI sliders will need little to no modification to fit the '21. next up is recoat them so they are ready when the suspension goes on.

suspension is the Accutune Fox mid travel adjustable kit. Accutune talked me out Kings and into Fox. have everything now but the rear shocks which are looking like late May at this point. i felt the street ride on my 2013 was a little harsh with the bilstein 6112/5160s (although i liked them enough) and wanted something a little softer this time.

i have a set of BAMF shackle hangers and bumper reinforcements that will go on with the other stuff. probably wait for the rear bumper to get destroyed then look into that too. thinking RCI at only 20lbs over stock.

thats most of it for the foreseeable future. looking forward to getting it all put together and getting back to Ardbeg soon as the north trail and I have some unfinished business...

I drove a 2021 Ridgeline today. I was quite impressed. Drives and rides like a car with the convience of a truck. I really liked the under the bed storage and the spare tire area. Was really impressed that the tail gate drops down and it can swing open. Mind blowing.

Harder to tell when the Ridgeline is post-op - the stick has been replaced with a few buttons:

Oh yeah. That was cool too! Clean. However, not good if you have a wife who spills things. Many things.

I didn't like the side mirrors that would point down when reversing. Odd. Would take getting used to.

    And no scoop.
