Installed 3 inch lift on my new Tacoma and took ugly air dam off still a baby ass truck so that’s why I ordered 6 inch suspension lift upgraded everything so no 6 inch blocks in front these trucks don’t fit a man size tire with any 3 inch lift and after buying a brand new truck last thing I’m doing is cutting the cab mount to make it fit a baby 33 inch tire

Lol cool man. Good luck. Why did you buy a baby truck if you wanted man sized tires though?

So I also have a white truck and have the beautiful iron deposits. I am planning to address it but I read mixed reviews about how. I guess some of the sprays can damage the paint. You didn’t have any issues with the brand you used? Chemicals scare the crap out of me on paint.

I love Toyota just allot of people are full of shit on what fits and what doesn’t I bought the 3 inch lift for this truck cause it says would clear a 33 well it doesn’t even clear a 285 which isn’t even a real 33 and then getting the 6 inch lift says it only clears 33s just sucks having to put a 6 inch lift to clear 33s without butchering a brand new truck I didn’t mind cutting up the 2001 quad cab I built but a brand new truck is a little different

Used it for truck stuff again! I friggin LOVE this rack.

Didn’t look close enough at this compressor before I picked it up, pulley cover was cracked. Swapped it out right after, life is good

I hear you man. 6 inch lift may make 33s look small, let us know. When I got my '18 I didn't want to get a CMC either but I'm going to get 285s for my next tires and if they rub I'll go ahead with the CMC, no big deal.

Ya definitely man I’ll post some pics when lift is installed I’m not a fan of big lifts or big wheels but want atleast more ground clearance and atleast a 33 just didn’t want to cut on a truck with 900 miles on it haha

I must agree that rack and decked system combo looks awesome. If I had that and a small cargo trailer for large items I'd be set. The 5 foot bed really doesn't accommodate hauling much in the way of lumber.

Uh, ok? Glad they work for you. That's why I said to do his/her own research and explicitly said "my take".

If you're interested in data, Hikaris are covered in post #3 of that thread (assuming that's the version you have) - emphasis mine:

"The best performing replacement LEDs by far are the Hikari Ultras covered in this post, and the Morimoto 2stroke 3.0s covered here. These have better focus and output intensity than the competition. They are the only replacement LEDs I would recommend. Note they are outperformed by the best halogen performance upgrades. The Morimotos have a better design and better focus than Hikari, but the Hikaris are slightly higher in output."
