    I need to replace both front fenders and the hood on my 98 taco. Someone is parting out a 95. Will these parts fit?

    95 to 2000 2wd 5 lug trucks have the same hood and fenders.
    95 to 2000 4wd and prerunner 6 lug trucks have the same hood and fenders but as far as I know they don’t fit the 5 lug trucks.

    Dang, it's a 4x4 that is being parted out and mine is a 2wd 5 lug. Thank you for the information! Saves me a trip.

    Hoods are the same 95-00, no matter the truck specs.
    Fenders are different, but they can be interchangeable if you get the right corner lights to go with them.

    a lot of 5 lug people will swap to 4x4 fenders because they bulge up higher and look better
    @mjbtaco has done it

    Well he’s parting out the whole truck, so if I also grab the corner lights, I should be able to make it work? His have the flared fenders and mine are not. Is that just an aesthetic difference or will it cause fitting issues too?

    It’s been hard to find a junked truck that wasn’t hit head on (ruining the parts I need) so I was pretty excited to see this one!

    Sorry about the misinformation on the hoods, I was curious about the question myself so looked up aftermarket stuff and apparently was comparing 2 different quality’s of parts so the part numbers were different. Also cool to find out the 4wd stuff fits with different lamps, looks cool. Carry on..

    Hah, well disregard. He wanted $750 for the hood and two fenders. I was more in the $150 range. Local pull yard is $35 for a hood and $15 per fender but they haven’t had any undamaged ones that I could pull.

    I was willing to spend a little more because this one was even the same color as my truck, but for $750, I’ll just live with the dents.

    You might consider aftermarket panels, 125.00 for hood and 70.00 ea for the fenders in my area Downside is there in primer and not OEM quality, I have used them before and they are generally thinner gauge and take a little bit of tweaking to fit, but look decent when done.
