    Boost, armor, lights, big tires, no savings.
    Zero drips, I did check the clutch inspection hole and that area is dry.
    Is there any where else oil could accumulate? I did replace the passenger valve cover a few years back due to a small leak. I will replace the other while everything is apart to be sure nothing is filled up. Feel like that is a stretch.

    @findingthingsout I ran into a similar issue on my truck. About 1 gt oil for 1k miles. My compression and leak down test came back good. So I did valve guide seals. No smoke out the tail pipe or any external leaks. Something to consider.

    So did the seal replacement slow consumption?
    If your compression was good, what lead you to changing the seals? And which ones did you go with? Looks like LCE has some nice Viton seals.
    The masochist in me was hoping the test would bring something out so I could rebuild stronger, better, faster.

    If it is not the rings and cylinders are good, compression and leak down are you looking at something in the head. The vale guide seals will not show on any of those tests. I went with a brand from rockauto. But they were the viton seals. The consumption did go down.

    Scott with URD reviewed datalogs. All appears nominal. My max MAF was 267 in second gear. Seems like I should be a little higher than that. Cold day, 2.825" pulley...

    I wonder this as well. Been running AMSOIL since I purchased the truck with 90k mi. So ~100k mi total and it does find its way out a couple spot, but just enough to look wet. I can't imagine going back to dino at this point. Although I have read it's not as big an issue as years past, when going back to Dino after running syn.

    Hardly. And even then it's at idle. Personally I noticed hardly any change, but my truck already squeaks and rattles and vibrates. Highly recommend.

    I finally fixed my snapped cross member. The traction bar had ripped it in half back in early winter. (Same cross member the carrier bearing uses)
    Driving home from my shop after the fix- the power delivery is so much better. I'd be surprised if I don't gain 1mpg. It's that much smoother.
