I did. It took them 3 tries but I was finally satisfied. I shouldn’t be able to spot gaps just by simply walking around the truck, I thought they inspected the work when it was completed? Apparently not.

 

I agree. Knew a guy who's friend was in this exact situation and he was apparently found 10% at fault even though he had nothing to do with the accident

 

Just make sure your not responsible for diminished value at end of lease

An accident can happen at any time, or place. This is something we all know when driving our cars around. Hell it could be parked in his driveway and some drink asshole, smashs into it. Or a storm can bring down a tree and crush it.

What’s why we have insurance. The other party(s) insurer(s) will determine the percentage of liability and he will be compensated for his damages. It sucks but shit happens. All he needs to do is contact his insurance company and give them the details/file the claim. They will obtain the police report and talk with the other companies involved to get everything taken care of, going after the other companies. He won’t be on the line for the deductible. Nothing to panic about

 

In the end, this is all that matters truly. Bless up brotha!

OP here is the deal don't lose any sleep over it. You seem to be okay truck is repairable, your not out any money give the headache to the insurance company.

I’m not so sure it’s all cosmetic. I haven’t popped the hood as it is stuck. Tailgate stuck. Right window motor damaged.
