I actually used Bilstein 5100s for the front that were designed for the tundra. The reason for this is because it gives you additional notches to increase height. I believe there are 4, I went the highest possible.
The coil was the original Tacoma replacement, mine were new so I ended up keeping them but you can upgrade if needed.
The rear is a add a leaf as well as a Bilstein 5100 designed for Tacoma year and model.

Budget lift cost me less than $500

Took the dog box out so I could move home in a couple weeks.

I also lost a blinker housing at some point this weekend, what’s everyone doing to move them up into the marker light housing?

Anybody that installed Doug theory headers. We’re you able to get a torque wrench to all the nuts, especially on the driver side?

New to me rear bumper. Made by STOUT Equipment. (No longer in business)
This bumper is stout. No pun intended.
The Shackle brackets are 1-1/4" thick, 1" Eyes

It still needs a little tweaking, then I'll figure out the lights and license plate.

The only way I can get in there is with a ~8” ratcheting wrench. I just have no idea how tight 30ft lb should “feel”.

I was tightening using the weight of my arm. But with a 18” torque wrench with the same amount of effort put into it I’m sure I would be quite a bit tighter.

I’m super paranoid about stripping the threads on the head

Tighten, based, on the "feel" of the other bolts.?

Good trick is use a torque wrench where you can, then feel
How tight it is with the tool you will use to tighten the other bolts. It’ll get it close enough

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
Question for those who have done the Chevy 63 swap.

What's out axle tube diameter of the rear axle? Pretty sure it's the same for 8.0 and 8.4 axles (mine is 8.0). Need this to order perches for the swap.

Can't find a straight answer, and it's raining so I'm not going out there to measure it lol.
