I've zapped myself by being in contact with two prongs on the 480 plug of the welder at work. It wasn't fun, but didn't hurt as much as I thought it was going to hurt

You're absolutely correct, good point. What's it take, 5 milliamps to disrupt your heart rhythm?

How often do you see distributors at work? I figured anything that old would've rust through by now

    Actually, deeper than that.

They are nocturnal, and during the day, they bury themselves up to their eyes.

It's to cool off as they're normally found in tropical areas where it can get hot and humid; being that they're cold blooded...they need to work on maintaining a certain temperature.

It's not uncommon for them to bury themselves a good foot or two underground to stay within certain temperatures either.

Being that it's still very young, he's eating 1-2 crickets a day, with a cricket being powdered up in Calcium and D3 every 2 days. They're voracious eaters (like my old L. Parahybana), but since it's still getting used to its new home, I have to dangle a cricket with tongs just to feed it.

I just mist the surface of the dirt with the same 99 cent spray bottle I've used for my tarantula's, and provide 2 hides (one on each end).

A water dish isn't required but I have a shallow one to maintain a little more humidity.

Oh yes, heat pad in one corner under the tank.

Creates a nice temperature gradient going from one hide to the next.

I’ve shocked myself with outlets a few times through one finger through another o the same hand but the worst shock I ever felt was when I was jerry rigging an electric fly swatted to do thinks it shouldn’t ands I sent a shock through one hand to another. I’m a lot more careful now

Since you finally got those measurements :anonymous:

Any way I can request a specific battery post, or something different that'll offer the option to add another cable for say...a winch or something?
