I have heard that these raise the front about 1/2" taller than the stock bushings is that true?

Depends on how you install it. Put the big bushing on top and it's taller than stock. Put the small bushing on top (like I did) and it's the same height as stock.

If you like your hood line dicked. Install them upside down.... :anonymous:

My hood always looks open because I did the smart thing and not install them correctly. :burp:

2019 should still be under warranty? You can always take it in for diagnosis. You know, just in case the hooptie clatter is caused by something else...

I had it in for warranty for this pre 60k, many trips (at least a dozen) and parts replaced at the dealer and 20k later still not fixed. For $40 and saving dealer frustration to fix this is worth it in my mind.

This also might explain the slight hood gap I have on the driver's side.

Do you get a hooptie clatter when you go over certain speed bumps too? I got one. Drivers side, either body mount, lca, or something of the sort. Same story here - reported to dealer many times over all services, they've done nothing/can't seem to permanently fix. I just had a service done and it's not there as much as it usually is, but I know whatever they tightened will just come loose again.

    edit: 2018

Drivers side, window down and curbs to hear the sound bounce. Generally around 50-60kmh, after that too much road, wind noise to hear clearly. On rough or washboard dirt roads I'll hear it too.

The dealership has replaced the CV shaft and full upper control arm, and provided lots of misdiag like a pop can in the rear door, heatshields, there is no issue we can find, etc...

Ahhh sounds like we're similar and I've seen a few more people with the same issue on these forums. I'm more at 25-30km/hr, however.

Gonna take a peek under there once I replace the suspension, I'm betting it's that frame mount for me too.

I almost hesitate here...anyone using/used Kumho Road venture AT 51 tires? I have a friend who sells tires and wheels and he has these on sale. I read some reviews that were mostly 4.5/5

I'm stingy on gas and don't play around off road. Want a good tire for winter but not noisy and hard on gas.

    thx
