    Is there voltage on the brake tap when the running lights are on? I'm asking because I do not want my high mounted stop light to be on while driving. Only when braking.

    Edit: If that's not the case, ill take 1!

    There are a few wires that can be tapped on these, but I think the simplest answer for you is no. As long as it is just the brake tap (kind of my "standard"), then the voltage is only present when the brake pedal is pressed. I will PM you :)
