You really think it's gonna do a 50% retrace?

I would be totally surprised to see $46,000 what makes you think we could see $38k? I mean obviously we can’t predict anything but are you seeing markers?

There was a gap that many TA's were calling for at the end of Feb/beginning of March that was supposed to dip to the mid 30k range that never got filled. This is a dip that each of the previous cycles has shown to be critical for continued upward movement. This current dip that we are in could potentially result in that gap being filled and then it continues up to 70-80k. This is also consistent with the Altcoin Cap retesting previous major resistance as support and it even goes down to specific projects. XRP had a 3 year resistance of .76 that it finally broke through at the start of April. It is more than likely that this price level will be retested as support. I could be wrong but we could be in for more downside before upside. Hopefully most view this as a buying the dip opportunity as it will shake out many retail investors. I'm holding through it all. Currently I am down 25% in the last week but still up 8X overall in the last year.

No one likes to see these dips, but I feel like it's good to know it's a possibility so we can prepare for it both mentally and financially.

Anyone here use binance? I want to be able to earn interest on my crpytos but gemini requires a wire transfer and Ally still charges for wire transfers. I'm not putting a ton in so the 20 dollar fee for now doesnt make sense.

Check out Coinbase PRO. Pretty cheap, but the UI isnt the best. Coincidentally, you can transfer free, and instantly, to coinbase from PRO if you want a better UI.

Edit: there's no deposit fee, only trading fees, and they are the cheap. It's like 5$ per 1000$ traded.

They also can hold your keys for you, untill you figure out how you want to do your wallet/feel comfortable using a wallet.

It's a good starter point IMO

does coinbase offer any way to earn on stuff your holding? My plan is to slowly buy Chainlink over time as paychecks come in. Since I'll be just holding I might as well earn some interest on it or whatever the term is for crypto. That was what drew me to Gemini.

Yes, they have numerous APY offers and % increase depending on what you buy. PRO has much cheaper fees, standard has all the modern UI and offers that your looking for.

Buy on PRO, transfer to standard, and enjoy.

I use Coinbase Pro, Kraken, and Binance. Coinbase Pro is probably the easiest to start using. I prefer, and use Binance the most, but it took forever to get verification for fiat deposit/withdrawal, it took nearly 2 months.

I have only a little bit of money on coinbase, and a couple weeks ago bought 4 cryptos that appear to earn, Algo, Dai, XTZ and ATOM. Only the first two in this list have actually returned (and I have so little, that it's not moved the equity to the hundredth decimal point yet). A friend is earning with ADA, so I might convert some to that. I have LINK, but am not earning anything on it. Not sure how to.

One thing about Coinbase that I like, is that you can earn rewards by watching videos... watch 3 or 4 videos about Stellar, get a few dollars worth of it. Can even watch on the phone app while on the crapper. Tomorrow is today.

Good to know. If anyone knows how to earn on chain link on Coinbase pro or standard feel free to chime in. That’s the main one I’ll be buying in, and plan on slowly feeding little by little as paychecks hIt and build my holding.

AFAIK, there is not staking rewards for Chainlink, yet. There has been talks about it for a year now but nothing has actually come out about it so I wouldn't depend on it. Coinbase is definitely the easiest to earn on, but also charges silent fees for it as well that comes out of your staking rewards. I've found that I get the best staking rewards though using software and hardware wallets. I have XTZ earning on a Ledger and a few others earning Atomic and Exodus wallets.

Looks like it could be. What is the percentage pullback on the handle? Typically it pulls back about 40-50% of the depth of the cup.

My knowledge is super limited so I may just accept the hidden fees. Or I may see if once I really commit I’ll go to Gemini and just eat the 20$ wire transfer fee. I think chainlink on there is 5.4%.

At 2.8 - 2.7 aligns with the resistance line

    Gemini is 4.46 for Link.

Why do you have to serve a wire transfer? I just linked my checking account and verified my ID with Plaid on Geminis site. It literally took less then 10 minutes.

Didn’t see that option. I’ll look again but it said first deposit has to be wire transfer to verify.
