Yeah it's dumb. I thought about stealing his Cali plates but it doesn't matter. He'll mess up driving eventually and a cop will pull him over.

 

Yeah hopefully he gets pulled over before he hits someone and they sue him for damages because he doesn't have insurance, not to mention other fines for not having registration
