Holy shit. The first thing I did when I saw what happened was check the filter. There was nothing in there and the filter still looked damn near new.

At my place they'll return no matter what. The last time I had cayenne pepper, peppermint spray and those electronic things. They didn't give a shit about any of it, just happily nesting away.
I don't think it helped that my truck isn't my daily so it was always in the driveway, but it seems once they get familiar they'll be back.

You'd be looking to your insurance company for something of this nature, not a warranty.

Harden your bark, there are storms on the horizon.
Just wondering if you have exterminated all the squirrels yet? I would have gone scorched earth on them.

    1. Attract wolves using piss
    2. Train wolves to protect truck from squirrels

Does that sounds about right? :D

I'm still figuring out the best, quietest way to do in in our suburban townhome. Blowgun? Quiet, but not super subtle if I'm walking around with a 4' pipe. Most air guns will still be too loud. Also thinking a little mini crossbow? Don't know how accurate they are though.

if I wasn’t terrified of my girlfriends cat somehow getting in here I’d have a couple of these.

When I first moved in my house I heard some running around behind a knee wall/eve in my house.
Had to cut a small door in the sheet rock to access the area
Put out a have a heart trap and caught 4
Every other year they would get in
I finally found the hole, they had chewed through the flashing between my gutter and roof.
I take them to a park a few miles away catch and release.
I always wonder if they are like hey Joe how the f##k did you get here

    Pick your poison

But seriously I'd make sure it works. I watched cats in 3rd world countries drink puddles of anti freeze and I say "yeah that cats gonna die" and saw the same ones all the time.

Slightly terrified of those cats after that
