I have the same cover. I’m not sure what makes you think it’s not a good one but mine has been on my truck for three years and still looks and works as new. I hope yours lasts as long also.

A $200 folder isn't really up on the quality spectrum. If they last 3+ years and still look good then hell yeah! That is more than I was expecting.
You have the Tyger brand one? If so, then I am glad that inexpensive did not mean cheap in this case.

lmao apparently toyota thinks you can see in just fine in the dark. for what it's worth, the light is pretty meh. I'm removing my cab switch anyway.

I am going to put some LED strips in there eventually. Not that I need to see into my bed very often, but now that I have the cover on it, those would be helpful.

Haha, yeah I drive for big brown, we have next day airs that all have to be delivered by 10:30am. So our days usually go like this: leave the hub, race to our delivery area, run like heck to deliver as much as we possibly can with our NDA’s before 10:30, then we aren’t allowed to mark any business as “closed” or “Not in” between 12-1, the lunch hour, so after our NDA’s are delivered we run like crazy to try and get all our business deliveries done by 12. After that we deliver as much residential as possible attempting to make enough room for our pickups, then we do our pickups, knock out the rest of the residentials, and head back to the hub. So there are some streets I’ll go down 3 or 4 times a day. Each route is unique and has its own challenges, but that’s the basic format for most of our routes. Very stressful, and you always feel like you’re behind, but that’s why they pay us so much. If I could make this kind of money anywhere else, I totally would, but I barely made it through high school, so I knew I wasn’t making it through college... I do really enjoy working outside, so there’s that...
    Cheers!

Like @BEAR_KNIFE_FIGHT said it’s a double cab feature.....or check your Monroney sticker if you still have it and see if it was an added option.

Thanks for laying it out! Makes sense that next days would take priority over mine.

Keep driving and making that money! We all appreciate your work.

Next jump down the rabbit hole will be a roof rack and lighting. Followed by a bed rack. Any good suggestions on adjustable T slot compatible bed racks other than the Yakima?

I installed all new Kicker speakers. The stock speakers really are garbage and it sounds so much better! Installed Noico sound deadening as well. Man, those door panels are hard to get off, and now I have to get them back on! The YouTube videos don’t tell you that you need to have extra plastic clips on hand because you damage some of them taking it off and the panel won’t sit flush trying to reinstall. Waiting for Amazon to bring me the clips tomorrow to put the truck back together...
