Here's a loop saw coming in after 3 years of service. It is looking noice given its age and what our customers do to their equipment.20210427_161425.jpg

Buuuuutt they never ran the Kubota at full throttle so the turbo and intake are so full of soot, and (I think) the injector pump has gone bad. However those engines are no longer EPA compliant and we're not parts/service dealers so he's gotta take it somewhere else to get it fixed.

I had to reset the circle tho cause it was cutting in spirals

Here's a compact I'm in the middle of building, Honda GX690 motor.. sucks with all the EPA regs on small engines it's not as compact as it used to be since having to add the charcoal system.

    Good for the environment tho

A good realtor--one you get along with, and who knows the market you're shopping in--is worth their weight. I managed to buy a house last year. I found the listing online and texted my realtor. She replied "I've already got a showing booked." She also helped me draft a strong offer. Sometimes the details matter as much as the dollar amount.

You should still shop Redfin/Zillow/whatever to keep a feel for the market, though. I've found continuous browsing to be more useful than the MLS queries that realtors set up.

    Not in power equipment lol

most are still carbureted although there are alot more options available. Honda Power Equipment made the first that was reliable and they stuck it in their 7000w inverter generator before selling a stand alone "power unit". The EU7000 came out 2016 (I think) and the stand alone 700cc power unit should be available for us to buy .. end of this year? Haha it was supposed to available for us as an OEM last year.. but the vid

Sorry I was typing fast and tried shorthanding a drawn-out answer.

We're an OEM but not a "service center" which some vendors (like Kubota among others) make a huge business distinction on. If that engine were still in production (which brand new V2403 engines are not because of increased emissions regulations) then we would have engines in stock and have a reason to buy replacement parts.

We switched from Kubota to Lombardini (not a typo they're Italian made diesel engines) new vendor new parts pricing models

So I say can't because we physically can't lol not because the EPA is actually stopping us
