Got a re-re-alignment and finished up the Harbor Freight 1.5T/Pro Eagle jack setup.

Finally plugged the holes left from pulling the flares. Grabbed a box of replacement clips and sanded the heads down.

Primed, painted and thrown on the truck. Good thread on here for the whole process, they blend in pretty well.

I think this is an isolated incident. So far I haven’t found any other stories like this. Rather there is a massive amount of happy customers - so I think I’m going to stay on track and have them installed.

Anyone ever had a whooshing noise on shutoff with the 4.0L? It's clearly air or another gas but I can't tell where it's coming from.

I changed the spark plugs and engine air filter this weekend so the intake and PCV hose were disconnected and then reconnected, but I was hearing the noise before that too.

Yeah it does. I've only had it for a month so I'm still figuring out what's normal and what isn't. As long as that's a normal noise with that part I won't worry about it. Thank you!

How are you liking the switch so far? I'm on the fence between trimming the fenders or pulling the flares all together.

Looks solid though. Nice job

Got CBI rocksliders with kickount and top plates, and can now better access what's on the topper rack (and future cabin rack)

Can you elaborate on how the eagle pro extension fits in the harbor freight jack?

Thanks! I like the flareless look personally, little more streamline. My old flares were starting to fade and warp so it was an easy decision for me
