Each covid stimulus has had an exponential diminished return...It's taking waayy more money to get far less stimulus results.

Plus All the ETF's have to dump everything when people sell...not just one bad performing stock...
So once the plug is pulled and people start selling (Cuz Emotion) everything will spiral down (especially due to 2x and 3x leveraged funds)

 

So that a good explanation why my NRGU just took a rocket straight into the ground over the last weeks? Was $110 last week, at $131 right now.

I was guessing because $ was getting pulled from it to cover other things but just wasn't sure. It's been climbing back up 3-5% the last 5 days.

No, your NRGU just follows the underlying assets. They go down for many reasons. Mostly lower demand or increase in oil production

Emotions, like people saying a crash is coming, so people get scared and pull money, causing things to dip, making more people fear a crash is coming so they sell, causing the crash that was “predicted” ?

Yeah i knew that. It's a touchy thing with oil period. With the news of oil and not turning the discussion into "Politics," to get banned again, i just figured it would be going a little bit in the opposite direction of what it's been going and just couldn't figure out why it was taking such a dump at the moment.

Ummm, the third largest oil consumer in the world, India, is having major Covid issues right now and will be for a while. That's gonna cut into usage and OPEC hasn't cut production yet because of it. That just one reason.
