Army Green thread: let’s keep it green!

I put some graphics on the trailer. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the trailer in Army Green.

 

Got my Peragon bed cover on at last and one of the rock sliders. Hopeful to get the other side installed this weekend.

 

Quick drive around the lake to watch the storm come in, a couple of dirt tracks turned slightly muddy for at least a little bit of fun in the city. Most of it washed off by the storm on the way home.

 

I feel like the DCLB looks so off in these photos especially with color matched fenders. The DCSB with black fenders looks just right and with the trailer in tow should be perfect for hauling things.

 

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Short beds look like a fat guy w/ a speedo on at a Florida beach to me.

 

Agree. I personally prefer color matched fender flares, but dont think the black ones look bad. I would have preferred the long bed, but LB wouldnt fit in my garage, so short bed it is!!

 

I agree, I love the look of the long beds! My white sport is a long bed and will always be the favorite! I love my AG as well but unfortunately its short bed. I would have preferred a long bed but they were so hard to get especially in the AG. Anyone wants to trade a short bed for a long bed AG? LOL

 

I am more than happy with my LB and color matched fenders. The salesman tried to convince me to go with a SB, but I have always had a LB because I use it for hauling and transporting. Fortunately, it fit in my garage.

 

Build day is today! So excited for my AG to get here. Ordered feb 13, allocated March 8

 

Improvise, adapt and overcome!

Have you talked to your dealer about them sending you screen shots of the tracking for your truck in their Dealer Daily?

 

I installed the License Plate Lights Disable in Reverse mod today. @daveeasa 's harness is OEM quality and the install is an easy plug and play. Fast. useful mod to give you better visibility on the back-up camera at night.

 

You and the misses probably just recently received $2,800 in stimulus. So stimulate!

 

Well, we did...but we sent them back because we don't qualify for them. Life has been good to us.

That said. Makes we wonder if I should have listened to my CO every year when he approached me about OCS.
But I can't complain. Life's been good to me and my wife also. We barley qualified and that was only after deductions were taken out.

I've seen this mod before, and didn't think I needed it until last week. late night, got a craving for a greasy burger. Rain just stopped, so I had reflection from the rain on the ground, and in reverse those reverse lights really glare into the camera. I think this is next on my mod list.

 

I had a 60 person wait list for a bit so I was intentionally trying to keep a lid on things to avoid stressing myself out. I’m caught up now as of about a week ago. Happy to give first dibs to the AG’s. But I must avoid this thread for fear of buying one.

 

You know you want an AG. Everyone wants one but only the select few can get their hands on one. Haha
