HILARIOUS! Time stamps...

 

Of everything I've bought in the past 6 months, MAIN is the only one green. I forgot about it entirely, GME will be eventually but the likes of CTXR PLTR LIACF MEDIF and even my ark funds are all red. but every one of those is a buy and forget about it for the next 3 years. Interesting to see though. I 100% forgot about MAIN. 11.2% in the 2 months I think it is. Nothing special but gave me a pleasant surprise.

 

APHA and TLRY having a good day. Did an update of the merger come out? Couldn’t find any news.

 

Ok...anything you bought from mid November to Mid January was at an ATH probably...You were buying at the top...I think $PLTR is the only "real" stock I bought in December that I'm green on and THAT's because I bought by exercising $12 calls when it was at $28-30...If I'd sold the calls, held the cash and bought now I'd have 25% more shares....

 

I'm here haha. Been busy doing work stuff. There's not much else I think I can say. I think we're in a holding pattern waiting for the remaining DTCC/SEC rules to go into effect. I'd expect that to happen before the shareholders meeting on June 9th. May might just be a flat trading month.

My confidence is still at about 98%, so I'm just watching the events unfold from the side. If anybody wants to be in, they've already got their tickets to the show.

 

Why does 98% sound like FUD and cause me to rethink everything! Where’s the confidence? Quit your job, put in an order to buy a share for 500, and lead the charge

 

I'm still kind of amazed I didn't get fired while I was working on my GME Master's program.

Discussion with a coworker who
1. Said he hasn't pumped out his septic tank in 30 years...
2. Doesn't think that's it's unusual to not have his septic tank pumped out yearly....or every two years...or 25 years...."Well...I think it just drains naturally into the wetlands..."

I was like...well...don't look into it...just be prepared that when you sell that house it will fail title 5 and you're going to need about $20K to replace the system...

No worries. I actually just got a response last night that asked if I wanted to proceed with the $500 fee. I said no, haha. Here was my response, will see if it works:

A $500 fee seems excessive for the request to move the warrants for direct registration with the company. I have heard from other shareholders that no fee was charged. The company's official release, which can be found at http://gtii-us.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/2021_4_13_Broker_Warrant_Letter-david_gtii-us.com_.pdf , states that there is no cost on the part of the transfer agent:

"The Warrants may be reregistered to the underlying beneficial shareholders at no additional cost. To do so, please provide a medallion guaranteed instruction with the shareholder???s registration name, address, Tax ID (SSN/EIN) and if available, email address and phone number. Please send the request to:
Liberty Stock Transfer, Inc.
1041 Highway 36, Suite 310
Atlantic Highlands, NJ 07716."

Given that there is no cost on that side, are you able to waive the fee? If not, can you point me to where in my user agreement or account terms/conditions I agreed to this type of fee or to a fee schedule that encompasses this type of re-registration request?
