Hmm, maybe he does not really know what he has... might be worth it to wait and talk with someone who knows what they have and all.
I wonder what the price of the rails and hardware would be...

A lot of times the bed rail caps are cut or drilled for these and then they swap them out with uncut or undrilled and don't want to give them up. Or like you said, dumb ass that doesn't know what he bought and it doesn't know how to make fit his truck so he just wants it gone.

I hear ya Brian. It got so bad here that my poolside staycations became workations. It was more relaxing to go into the office.

Oh and a little :sawzall: on the back wall of the carport and I think you'll fit just fine! Either that or just add a awning on the front. :stirthepot:

If we can help you out @RobP62
let me know. I go out that way where @fatfurious2 lives at almost every weekend. My brother
@Speaks05 lives in Darlington out by you. His wife works about 10 minutes from where I work at. I’m sure they wouldn’t mind bringing your Jerry water container out that way for you. I would have to confirm with them before making a commitment. I’m sure neither one of them would mind bringing you your water container. Unless you wanna make the trip out to the end of the toll road

I'm getting ready to do mine. I think I am going to try that Rust-Oleum RockSolid 20X Deck Resurfacer. I'll use this on the deck surface and railing tops, and then just stain everything else.

You're gonna spoil me Chuck! That would be so awesome. I am not in any rush to get the water can (it's plastic) it was just too good a deal to pass up. I could drop the money off with your brother no problem, and pick it up from him whenever. I just wanted it so I could ensure I pack enough potable water for the pooch on trips. I try not to drink water myself. It dilutes the alcohol in my blood.
    :drunk:

Just let me know and I will ask David if it's ok. He's a great guy so he shouldn't mind. I will just PayPal him the cash though if he wants.

I had the same dilemma your having, no storage. I sold some toys, bought & sold some flippers and paid cash to have my pole barn built. I was doin the same to have one built up at my cabin then a deal on a property that touches mine came up for sale so my pole barn money paid for that land. Because of lumber prices I'm now holding off on having anything built.

This is that 2 bedroom 2 bath place up the road from me that I hooked my buddy John up with the deal on for $45k this past November. That guy Joe that I introduced you to is doin most of the work. Nice flat lot, no neighbors in sight and fully equipped. With the prices up there now I'm kinda regretting not buying it myself for a investment lol.
