They must have installed smoothies, that said it's only like $1500 for new ones. That is a fully built leaf sprung prerunner though with hours of high quality labor so $71k isn't out there too bad. One of the cleanest built second gens out there.

smashed this, broke that, covered it up with tape and paint
I’m not convinced on the price
    But I will say
That modular rear floor he did was interesting and “innovative “ at the time

especially for the sake of his dog and or that fridge he had in there

If he knew what he was doing he’d say screw mig and tig and go with all arc welded products. Strong enough to hold buildings and bridges together, sting enough for the little taco

I didn't realize you had a stock width front and SUA in the rear. The +4 should pair nicely with the DMZ kit.

Ya...one of the few that actually has a rear that absolutely outperforms the front. It’s what has driven me to finally bite the bullet and go full LT upfront. Sadly im one of the many that didn’t follow the advice that I give out now...buy once cry once. Don’t creep up on suspension travel....you’ll always want more....... so linking it should be next then....lol

His work is high quality plus the upholstery, skids, bumpers, etc. I think that is what the market will bear.

That reminds me - in LA he's the big dog in Fab work in our trucks, but another builder that does Chevy's that he associates with is @izzy_fab in IG. He makes centermount kits and a bunch of Chevy stuff you might be interested in.

Just put the +4 kit up for sale now before you even buy it. Then grab a dtf +6” kit and links. You know, buy once cry once right?

I swear this is it. My truck as it is right now is close to being where I’m comfortable at the speeds I drive at...this +4 kit should top it off and not make the big hits so fucking cringey. I’m an old fuck (53) so I like to believe I know where my limits are. If not I’ll cage it or total it...that’s the story I tell myself as of right now.

Yeah, usually its the opposite. Myself included. Even with the stock length front my rear isn't able to hang which will become an even bigger problem with the new kit.

I'm making some changes and hoping to buy myself time to plan the rear out in the future but it probably wont last long. That ruff stuff 3 link kit is really catching my attention.
