My tip is to use AllTrails for reviews on ice melt. Hikers (and those who hike to fish) sometimes will comment on the status of the ice. Each high altitude lake will clear at different rates usually based on how much sun it sees. I looked up a new-to-me spot and, after seeing the topo map, the trail review saying it was still iced over didn't surprise me. It was surrounded by ridges and shaded by the one that ran NE-SW. That was at 7750'. I checked reviews on another that I know is fully exposed and at 9200' and it's nearly clear of ice.

Nope. Just like Montana, Idaho, and others won't get salary increases from the Colorado "Natives" that fled to those places.
    Your salary increase is In-N-Out.

This guy had knee surgery and now is stronger and more flexible than I may ever be... with my original knees.

I had a near complete tear on ACL, MCL, PCL, and separated popliteous muscle. I was told to avoid surgery if possible, and that no surgery might be possible for me. I got through with good PT and a strong will to get back on the bike. I went from no weight bearing to pedaling bike paths in 64 days.

Tore my ACL 3 years ago glacier skiing. Haven't had it repaired, still ski 80 days a year or so. There are World Cup skiers competing without them. Requires extra knee strength, but it can be done or work up to it with a professionally fitted custom brace like the NFL lineman and quarterbacks use (what I did).

Thank you Everyone for your input except for Steve O as he wants me to be a pirate :bananadead:

Leg feels strong but stability, certain way flexing and stiffness is a shit show daily...going on 4 weeks.
