My local Toyota dealer wouldn't even try to align my truck when I brought it in a couple years ago, due to the aftermarket suspension. They did me a favor though honestly, I found a local 4x4 shop that does a great job. I would see if you can find someplace other than the dealer. They are just going to blame your aftermarket parts rather than try and do any real diagnostic work.

@stevesnj yes it kicks of alignment whenever it hits a bump

Doesn't need to be an off-road shop, just a place that specializes in alignments. I would avoid chain stores like Firestone as they are equally as bad as the dealer in my experience. They just want to plug stock numbers into the machine and let it do its thing.

A dragging pad could explain the pull

Im real thankful the Big O in my town is full of Toyota nerds that actually know what they're doing. Makes life real easy for me, but they're the very limited exception to your observation.

yeah there are people in my area that swear by a couple Firestone chains, but the ones I've been to have left me disappointed. I don't even bother with the lifetime package I bought from them lol.

Going to try total chaos cam tab gussets and bison offroad cam stop bolts and hopefully that fixes my problem

This didn't do the trick 100%, but it got me back to the point I was at with the old wheels and tires: I can take my hands off briefly without starting to move into the slower lane or the shoulder, and I can lazily two-finger tap the truck into a straight line at 65mph.

Pick up an infrared pyrometer and check temperatures. That might be a good place to start. After you drive it for a while, check the temperature of your rotors and drums from one side to another, if one is dragging that much, you should see a significant temperature difference.

Would one side of my rear axle being pushed forward make it pull?

I would think so, because that would affect your thrust angle, but the alignment sheet should show that.

Nope. All it would do is cause dog tracking, where the back wheels don't follow the front wheels. If you've ever followed a car down a road & it looks like the car is in a turn, but it's going straight - that's dog tracking.

I know I'm late to the party...
Your printout has "will pull right" written all over it.
The car is going to pull towards the side with more positive camber: lt 0.2 rt 0.4
The car is going to pull towards the side with less caster: lt 2.8 rt 2.7
You generally want .3 -.5 more caster on the right vs the left to compinsate for road crown.
Looks like they just "set the toe & let it go".
Did they tell you that your eccentrics were rusted/frozen?
If not, I hate to say but, then they were just lazy

I'm confused as to why you would think those are bent, when you haven't even actually seen the alignment sheet...

Edit: Or are you saying that Toyota says they're bent? You'd think the stealership would be all over that.
