Try it while supporting the LCA. Jack it up enough to compress the suspension a couple of inches and see if that makes a difference

All of mine spun a little bit but ultimately 2 of them had to be cut out. This is with wheels off the ground.
Depends on the level of seize you're picturing, and what you consider locked up, I suppose.

Typical Tacoma from the rust belt. But that whole cam bolt debacle is completely avoidable. That guy also destroyed some of his cam alignment tabs using that air chisel. Very common for shops to do the same damage.

That whole video made me cringe

Is there a way for me to check my front cams without jacking up the truck? Actually don't they leave the truck on the ground to align it?

Not sure if anyone mentioned this yet, I just browsed through. But you will need a 22 and a 30mm socket.

The rear cam bolts are blocked by the rack and pinion. You have to remove all the steering gear i.e. rack, support bolts. Then basically pull it off mounts so you can angle the ends out enough to wiggle cam bolts out.
Rack bolts are 19 and 22mm.
Cam bolts are 19 nut and and 22mm bolt head.

Once you pull the steering rack off, you might as well replace the bushings on it. Energy suspension makes a nice poly set.
Did this today. Front cams you can access the front bolt with an impact wrench. Rear ones you need to use a socket and breaker to loosen rear bolt, then a wrench to work it out... steering rack blocks using a socket as bolt comes out.
