Needle nose pliers and slide him on a #6 hook

 

I grabbed it by the backside with my slide pliers, and that little thing wrapped around, grabbed the base of the handle and started pulling itself free! They're strong!

 

Put it back in the cup/ bucket, add lighter fluid, grab lighter and light that bitch up
