Circumstances have changed. I am going to put a bunch more miles on this truck before I sell it.

Out of curiosity - did you repaint the vehicle, and if so what did you use?

Personally I'm a big fan of the color. I just acquired a tacoma a few weeks ago and am considering doing something to the paint eventually. Whats the make/model of the paint you used? I gotta imagine this truck looks right at home out in the sagelands.

Paint certainly is a ton cheaper than a wrap, and easier to DIY. I am considering going the wrap route to preserve the factory paint, but its a big cost. I just bought some raptor liner and tint to make my cap OD green-ish, from the damaged red paint it currently has.

In my search, and recent trips to the hardware store - I did notice a shortage in paint, tons of stuff is sold out. Yet another unexpected shortage resulting from all these supply chain disruptions, similar to the lumber problem... But that's a whole other topic.

So you're just refreshing this one comment over and over to bump this to the top?

    Edit: free bump I guess.

Well today we were going to try to make it to Cathedral Valley, but the road was so muddy on the north slope, and there were some half melted drifts too, so we decided we'd wait until June. But we got some nice pictures...

This truck has been to Moab, Bryce Canyon, Zions, the San Rafael Swell, and Capitol Reef, most of them more than once. We've also driven hiway 50, "the loneliest road in America" to the Sierras, and to the Black Hills several times. All trouble free miles. Ain't Tacomas wonderful?
