I actually lied... emailed them today. They got back quickly and seem eager to fix the issues. Bringing the wheels back in tomorrow and giving them another crack at it. If the quality still isn't there after round two, I'll proceed trying to recoup my payment.

Seems this job was overpriced regardless, but that's on me. The damages/quality are on them, so hopefully they keep up their end.

Absolutely, no question. Get a refund if you can. This has to be very disappointing.

No dude, you have a right to be pissed. Are they local? If so, I would politely walk in and explain why you’re disappointed. A good business will do what they can to satisfy a paying customer.

Hopefully they're especially motivated when the customer is a rube who pays 3-4x the going rate!

The one issue your might have is that you accepted them and took them. They can claim the damage was done after you took possession. The color difference from what to wheel is a different matter though. I would hope they would make it right. Give them a chance to. If they don't. Your always have the last option of small claims court. Keep all your records and communications, texts etc. In fact try to communicate in writing so you have a record. But give them the opportunity to make it right first.
