I'm well. Should be napping, but we'll see...decent weather has me awake.

You should start camper shopping, me thinks you need some distraction from work.

Well...i don't think I've ever broken up camp as quickly as I just did...
More folks pulled in to join the giant generator folks. POS Minnie Winnie and another giant generator. Then some dude shows up in a beater truck loaded to the brim with firewood. They started setting up a massive tent about 10' from me!
They fired up the generators and have to yell at one another to talk above the din. There's ove4 20 of them together
I walked camp, surveyed what was left open. Took a chance on another site. I'm only about 100 yards from where I was but hopefully it will be enough.
And close your ears @Cwopinger ....had about 3 white claws so far today, had to put the open one in the cup holder to drive down here

I can still hear one of there generators but it's not too bad. Got open sites on either side of me and neighbors across the road. They don't have generators. So as long as no one moves in next to me...

    don't be, keep reading

I was gonna stay 2 days but I think that plan will be changing

And they're multiplying... 3 More cars in their group!
I usually have a zero tolerance but this was necessary. And it was only 100 yards

Here’s what you do, go get the MerAndy pillow, sit outside in your chair, only 1 shoe, other foot is bare. Talk to the pillow, really loud. Get in an argument, slap it a few times, then kiss and make up. Start over again anytime someone get near. It helps to have a gun or an ax nearby. A bottle of booze at hand is good too. You need to trust me on this, I’m a professional :rofl: Really hoping it works out for you!

Well, more morons showed up to join the group. They took over the site I was in. Their generators are still running. Quiet hours are 10 to 7. Everyone else in camp turned theirs off hours ago.
Good news is I can't hear the generator in the camper. Bad news is I can hear the dozen or so screaming kids.
They kept riding their bikes through my camp as I was by the fire. Tempted to stick my fire poker in the spokes. But then there would just be crying screaming kids to deal with.

I hate campgrounds, primitive camping is the only way to go. Especially out west where you have all of that beautiful public NFS/BLM land!
