    So The MORON REPORT.

    TO START

    937E5D5F-5020-4AB0-A21B-E1EE33FBD622.jpg

    23,000 miles.
    Basic service and Inspection.
    What is wrong here?

    Fails

    Moron swapped lug nuts.

    So
    Cust is fuming.
“It’s been like that since day one”
    No
    I’m demanding a sticker
    No
If my wife was there you would just scam her.
    No
    Wanna talk to service manager
    Yada yada yada
    Yada yada yada.

    Not factory
    Not Safe
    Not gonna happen

“They put a sticker in it before”
Well, not here. (Out of state)

So I have Asm and Manager in my bay now.

I’m doing a fuel pump recall

So i have to stop and take a picture to send the moron.

    6C8A1DD0-9DCE-472E-B790-13BA411F0215.jpg

So about 30 min later the ASM comes back with a box of lug nuts that were in the trunk by the spare tire..

Apparently when we showed him the picture he says.
“Those look just like the ones in the trunk”
    WTF
    ARE YOU KIDDING ME.

    And I quote again

“IT’S BEEN LIKE THAT SINCE DAY ONE”

    So

    E61FA080-D975-472C-B41C-6E475D6ABAD7.jpg

    So now his tune changes.
    To the asm.
    So sorry
    I apologize
I shouldn’t have talked to you like that.
    Yada yada
Guess it was a like a audio book.

Nothing about me watching out for his or
    his wife’s safety.
Nothing about apologizing to me for trying to scam him
or not knowing about what I’m talking about.
Lost about a hour of income to this guy.

Lots of techs would have not noticed not put 2 and 2 together and just let it go through.

Really sucks being good at your job..

    :sorry: Mike

EDIT: Take notice folks ... these morons walk, and more worrisome, drive amongst us.

... and we aren't allowed to shoot them either. :(

Yep...still don't know what kicked that off...I might have mooseman sausage fingered something. There were 4 numbers pulled into a facetime call ... the damn phone befuddles me quite often.

But Mike, the wheels look so cool with the silver load bearing shoulder showing like that...o_O:facepalm:
We should be allowed to shoot them. I have long said deputies/police officers should be allowed to shoot 1 per month just for cause, Sergeants get 2, and Lieutenants get 3. Will only take about a year and life would be so much better. :fenforcer:

This is a joke, this is ONLY A JOKE.
