How do the tacomas "rear" suspension geometry get thrown out of wack with leafs????

You must not understand how link suspension works because when you lift it, it most certainly does get thrown out of wack along with pinion angle changes due to the arc of the arms. This is why they make adjustable and longer arms for vehicles with link suspension especially jeeps.

Rear toe is not adjustable on a solid axle vehicle only thing you'll be able to adjust is the thrust angle. All you'll be able to do is get the axle back centered a bit and adjust your pinion angle back to stock.

 

On the t4r and gx if you lift them in the rear it throws out the angle due to the pan hard bar

 

That just shifts the axle from center doesn't change toe.

 

It doesn't but it'll help . With out the pan hard bar in it's natural position it'll allow the axle to twist ( almost like dog tracking) which will effect it like a toe issue sometimes

 

I know how it works it puts it back in the neutral position. Same with getting adjustable arms to fix pinion angle and get the tire back centered in the wheel well.
