You might think that at first...

Ha! I'm nowhere near the caliber of builder they need, but thanks for the link!

You got the chops to get the interview.

Imagine where you skills would be if you
were doing this as your full time job...

Possibly. I've had hobbies turn into work before, and that's not a path I want to go down with Lego

I was finally just able to put the finishing touches on my flower bouquet! It took forever to find the flowers in stock, then longer to find additional roses and tulips, then finding the right vase and finally the long wait from Bricklink for transparent blue studs.

My wayward order of replacement parts finally resurfaced, so here's the status of my rebuild of old Pirates and Castle sets. One day I'll get a replacement sail for set 6261 Raft Raiders. Also have the Ideas blacksmith on display with some other medieval buildings (two of which are also blacksmiths) that aren't nearly as old as the other sets. Still need to dig out the rest of their accessories

Made it through the queue mostly out of curiosity but didn't place an order. Was considering heading to the Lego Store tomorrow morning for R2 and the probe droid plus general promo stuff, but I'm honestly not sure I care. I'd like to get those sets eventually, it's just a matter of priorities

    Woo hoo...got it!
I wasn't going to get the probe droid but saw the review by jangbricks and decided to get it. Maybe I should have done two separate orders and gotten two of the homestead sets but I don't need to hoard anymore LEGO than I already do.
