I need to run a pair of wires from the cab outside under the bed to the rear bumper. I crawled under there but other than getting dirt in my eyes I didn't see any nice clean rubber nipple. Is there anything like that in the back of an access cab?

Look at the back of the cab. Should be grommets.

Where is the origin of the wire? If it's coming from the dash it might be just as easy to run it out the front firewall, then down and under.

I know of one in the rear passenger, drivers side if I remember correctly near the b pillar. It is on the flooring. Not sure if that'll help you.

So, I installed a 1000W amp under the driver seat and used 4AWG wire for the power line direct to the battery through that grommet just under the edge of the brake booster in the firewall. Thus, that hole is *full* of the thick wire and no way I can get anything else through it.

Thus, I figured that since it is so freaking huge and since it has a 100A fuse at the battery, why not tap off of it at the amp. Plus, I can mount the relay I need under the seat also and it's nice and clean. So, I would run the two 16AWG wires from under the seat carpet to the door jam, then under the plastic foot slider to the back of the cab, then somehow out and under the bed.

Going to look at the rear of the cab (might be hard to get in there to do any work though) per @rnish above and see what I can see.

Do you know if there's a diagram on TW of the cabin and any of those hole locations, by chance?

What are you trying to put in the bed/bumper?

A pair of Baja S2 Sports. They come with a harness that already has a switch and relay and this would let me put the switch next to the Qi button in the console.

There should also be the cab vents in the rear, located on the passenger and driver side back wall between the bed and cab under the cubbies/storage.

Tack a look at the tail gate keyless lock videos. There should be an access point under one of the seats?

There is a grommet behind the driver's seat on the back "seat" floor -- I have used this several times, easy to access. I then followed the inside of the frame to the rear. Third gen, access cab.

Yes! And it's a big one too. Wonder if I need to put silicone around the cord opening in the rubber to keep moisture out?

I didn't but I generally don't come in contact with water or snow or mud -- so far I have had zero issues. My hole in the grommet is just big enough for the wires

Under the center console, there is a large rubber grommet. Easy to see if you look under your truck, and easy to acces from inside by popping your center console plastics up.

I ran my coax for cb through it
