Meh, even with the cracks in the radiator support, where they crack should not even effect the hood adjustments/gap. If cracked severely, it could weaken & lower the driver's side apron height with the battery's weight thus lowering the fender height up front, making it look like the hood is up too high when actually the fender is too far down. My guess though is maybe that this is a ditch light bracket and/or hood strut install issue messing the gaps up. Especially if never wrecked. I have ditch lights, hood struts, and 175k miles on my '14 and my gaps are still perfect.

And here's one tip for aligning your hood. ALWAYS begin by removing the hood latch. Align the hood so that all gaps, heights, etc. line up when you just LAY the hood down in place on the stops. THEN reinstall the latch and align IT to meet the striker on the hood so that it just drops easily into the latch.

I have always wanted to do that even on an annual basis but I don't own the business and the business won't allow it...mainly insurance/liability reasons.

This is probably it, which is why the drivers side is worse off than the passenger side on both brian and mines trucks, due to the battery.

Finally found something to spend the rest of my Harbor Freight gift card (from jack stand recall) on. Apache 4800 case for some of my camera gear.

No I'm not even remotely considering it ... but that's still pretty amazing.

Good morning Brian. I think I read somewhere you set your front Kings to 6 threads (driver's side) and 3 threads on the passenger side.

What height did that end up giving you in the front? Did you adjust it from there at all?

Yeah 6 threads on the driver side and 2 on the passenger side which put me at 36.5" driver side and 37" passenger at the front part of the fender which I didn't trim. I didn't adjust any after that.

Yeah hopefully just welding that crack will be fine.

I'll get some minor condensation in my headlights once in awhile but not nearly as bad as before.

I’ve got some cracks in my t case skid cross bar. I’m worried if I weld it that itll move a little bit and I won’t be able to put it back on since it’s so jacked up. (since metal moves while welding)
