Just got an offer from them on my truck that was equal to the offer from CarMax 3mo and 3k miles ago. Still waiting on the Vroom offer.

Are there any other decent alternatives I should hit up for an offer?

Hope the same thing happens with homes cause I'm pretty burned out from renovating my fixer upper. Next one I just want to move in and not have to touch anything.

    Actually you probably did.

Just not as good of a time as I did. Ordered my Pro last year right before the Plague hit.

Received it 2 months later during the 1st wave. $2,500 off MSRP on a AG Pro! :D

Edit: Make that $3,500 off an AG Pro. :D

Nice haha! I had to drive two hours to get mine and got it at MSRP. It was 33k for an SR but it has most of what the SR5 packages have anyways. I looked at a used 2018 SR5 with 40k miles on it and it was 34k, sorry not worth an extra 1k for a 3 year old truck with 40k miles on it so I have a power back window :D

This is an interesting time right now, there are shortages in the housing and vehicle markets because of supply line issues at a time when people are getting checks from the government and spending less on things like travel and dining out. Its probably going to get worse until the supply can catchup.

Vroom wants your vehicle first before paying, I believe. Has anyone sold to Vroom ?

I sent my vroom offer to a local dealer here on Thursday. They said they couldnt match it.

They just emailed me asking if i still had it.

I am holding onto the truck for a bit now. I am going to check again next month.

Very, very weird times we are in. Teenage son has his last MTB race of the season, yesterday, and wanted to stop at his favorite burger joint on the way home (Freddy's). 3:00 in the afternoon so should have been easy, drive-thru line 20 cars deep because dine-in was closed. Sign on the door said (Not enough staff to operate full restaurant). This is happening all over. I know we're not supposed to talk politics but you know who you are if you voted for this mess.

Funny you mentioned that as l just heard a commercial on the radio for a local burger place and it said now closed on Mondays because not enough staff.

its funny, i just bought a new subaru last thursday and helped my father buy a new corolla last friday.. plenty on the lots.. my pick of color and options for both... got 0% on the subaru for 63 months and toyota was something like 0.9 or 1.9 (i forget)...

one toyota dealer had a 4000 dollar market adjustment on an added sticker.. i laughed and said i'd never pay that.. he told me he would take that off to sell the car.. i told him you'll take that off and you are taking some off that msrp too.. he said he couldn't do that.. i was out of there. was at three other toyota dealers (4 if ya count one in fla two weeks ago while i was on vacation) and none of them had that silly mark up. that clown missed out on selling two cars..lol.

This happens with certain vehicles. I checked for shits and giggles, it won’t give an offer on a 2019 ram 2500 diesel. I joke and say it’s because it won’t fit in the vending machine.

That's double what I paid for my 2017 TRDPRO at the end of last year. Maybe I could double my money lol.

We just sold my wife's car to CARVANA a couple of days ago. Couldn't have been an easier process.
