Are you saying the calculated range is showing as those two numbers or you're actually getting 284 & 307 miles per tank? Either way, 23mi is negligible differences in the scheme of things imo. I have a '17 DCLB SR5 & when I fill up my calculated range is ALWAYS 349 and I typically get 400-425 in actual miles per tank.

I have the same exact back bed sticker. I have put Meguiars Hybrid Ceramic wax all over them and it handles that just fine.

    Strange.
Are you putting the exact same volume in each time or until it clicks off? What's your tank might ave say @ the end of each tank?

I put gas until It clicks like 5 times.
Next time I fill up I’m going to keep an eye out for the gallons.

Depends on how far I push it but I usually fill up with range showing 5-15mi. Obviously there is degree of buffer built in but when it's that low I'm frequently getting over 20 gal in it and sometimes I can get 21-21.4. Now, I usually fill it up until its up the filler neck since I commute 350mi a week so try to avoid having to stop twice a week just for work driving.

FWIW: I have actually recorded 26+mpg for a full tank once & 25mpg a couple other times (both on stock 245s).

Can't really give you a long-term opinion (it's been 6 months), but it was a rock-solid install. Brackets are perfect. Light bar? We'll see, but I'm happy with it so far. Mine is doing fine. Definitely FU category bright and has survived some high pressure water; useful on crap back roads so far. It's pretty amazeballs when you get to fire it up.

Hard to tell what is in this pic, but here's one of my brackets while I was working on it:

    Like, so many.
I didn’t, but I’ve got some high heat black. That’s a great idea.

Plasti Dipd the bed rails, much better than paint. Pro tip, don't paint them.
